Beth Hack is an experienced fitness professional with a strong background in personal training, facility management, and wellness programming. Currently serving as a Certified Personal Trainer at the YMCA of Central Kentucky since August 2014, Beth previously held various roles at Eastern Kentucky University Campus Recreation, including Facility Supervisor, Fitness Supervisor, Personal Trainer, and Wellness Analyst, where responsibilities ranged from customer service to fitness program development. A former Intern Health Fitness Professional at Health Fitness Corporation, Beth gained insights into corporate fitness operations and program design.
