Ikeia Prince

Ikeia Prince currently serves as the Senior Executive Director at The Y in Central Maryland, a position held since August 2021, after previously working as the Associate Executive Director for Before and After School Enrichment Operations and as Senior Membership Director. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Program Director at YMCA of Kokomo Indiana, focusing on program and membership growth with significant budget responsibilities, and as Early Childhood Director at YMCA of Greater Indianapolis, where significant milestones included obtaining state licensure and initiating NAEYC accreditation.
