Glenn Juchno has extensive experience in the nonprofit and education sectors. Glenn served as the Vice President of Property and Risk Management Development at the YMCA of Central Massachusetts since November 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as the Vice President of Organizational Development at the same organization from October 2018 to November 2021.
Before joining the YMCA, Glenn worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Nichols College starting from October 2015, where they developed and implemented curriculum for graduate courses focused on leadership development and action research in MBA and MSOL programs.
Glenn's earlier experience includes serving as the CEO/Executive Director of Tri-Community YMCA from May 2012 to September 2018. During their tenure, they successfully managed a budget of $3.4 million and prioritized board development, community collaborations, strategic planning, and financial development. Glenn also had a significant role as the Associate Executive Director at Tri-Community YMCA from October 1997 to May 2012, where they oversaw the overall operations of a 5000-member organization and managed a budget of $1.4 million, leading to a 200% membership growth.
Starting their career at the YMCA of Central MA in January 1990, Glenn served as a Program Director until October 1997.
Glenn Juchno obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from The College of Saint Rose from 1983 to 1987. Glenn then pursued a Master's of Science in Organizational Management and Leadership from Springfield College from 2011 to 2012. Prior to these degrees, Glenn attended Chicopee High School.
