YMCA of Central New Mexico
Roberto Aguirre has extensive experience in leadership roles within the YMCA. Roberto began their career in 2005 as a District Vice President with the Central Florida YMCA before progressing to become President & CEO of the YMCA of Abilene in 2007. After five years in this position, Aguirre moved on to serve as President & CEO of the Arlington-Mansfield Area YMCA from 2013 to 2017. In 2018, they became the Director of Operations at The Highlands School. Most recently, Aguirre has taken on the role of President & CEO at the YMCA of Central New Mexico.
Roberto Aguirre earned a Master of Science in Organizational Management and Leadership from Springfield College from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Sam Houston State University, although the specific field of study is unknown.
