Cathy Muffler has extensive work experience in the YMCA organization. Cathy began their career in 2005 as the Downtown YMCA Executive Director and later became the NorthWest Family YMCA Executive Director from 2007 to 2009. Cathy then took on the role of Director of Operations in 2009 before becoming the COO in 2010 until 2022. In 2020, they were promoted to Vice President of Operations at the YMCA of Columbia.
Cathy Muffler attended Truman State University, where they pursued a degree in Exercise Science.
