Dana Cicchinelli has extensive experience in the fields of information technology and youth development. Currently serving as a System Specialist at YMCA of Columbia since April 2017, Dana develops and manages IT policies to ensure data security and system reliability. In addition, Dana designs, implements, and evaluates youth development programs that emphasize educational and social growth. Prior to this role, Dana worked at Paolo’s Italian Restaurant from 1995 to 2003, managing front house operations and staff, and overseeing customer service and guest experience. Dana holds a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership from YMCA of Columbia.
