Jim Ryan

Jim Ryan has extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, currently serving as Group Vice President at the YMCA of Delaware since February 2004, where responsibilities include enhancing community welfare through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility, alongside active participation in health coalitions. Previously, Jim held the position of Executive Director at the YMCA of the Upper Main Line from September 1981 to February 2004, overseeing membership development, program implementation, facility operations, and fundraising efforts. Jim holds an M.B.A. and a Master's Degree in Organizational Effectiveness, Development & Change from the University of Delaware, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Temple University.
