Morgan Fleming

Morgan Fleming is an accomplished administrative and Pilates instructor with extensive experience in the arts and fitness sectors. Currently serving as the Administrative Coordinator for Big Ears Festival since August 2022, Morgan facilitates meaningful cultural experiences. Concurrently, Morgan instructs Pilates at the YMCA of East Tennessee and Whole Body Massage & Pilates, providing classes for diverse participants. Prior experience includes a role as Data Coordinator for the Knoxville Symphony Orchestra, where Morgan oversaw sales reporting, and an interim executive director position at the Tennessee Association of Dance, successfully implementing the Tennessee Dance Festival 2015. Morgan's educational background includes a BFA in Choreography and Performance from Ohio University and a Comprehensive Pilates Instructor certificate from Willow Studio in Nashville.
