Penny Zuber

Penny Zuber has been with YMCA of Florida's First Coast since May 1988, working their way up to Senior VP - Chief Financial Officer. In this role, they were responsible for supervising the financial, accounting, audit, legal , asset management, risk management and information systems.

During their time with the company, they oversaw operations growth from under $10 million to over $30 million. Penny also successfully managed a seamless conversion from a legacy operations software with no disruption in operations. Additionally, they maintained clean annual financial audits and successfully secured funding for capital projects and refinancing of debt using tax exempt bonds.

In October 2013, Penny was promoted to EVP, COO & CFO at YMCA of Florida's First Coast. Penny currently holds this position.

Penny Zuber attended the University of North Florida where they obtained a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance.
