Daniel Montanez

Daniel Montanez is an experienced educator currently serving as a Middle School Success Advisor at Steppingstone since November 2022 and as a SLA & Math Content Teacher at the YMCA of Greater Boston since July 2021. Previous roles include Teacher in Residence at Excel Academy Charter Schools and Lead ELA Tutor at City on a Hill Charter Public School, where Daniel developed and delivered rigorous lesson plans and differentiated instruction to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes. Additional experience includes positions with Breakthrough Collaborative and Horizons National, focusing on academic support and social-emotional skill development. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Education degree from Providence College, completed in 2020.
