YMCA of Greater Boston
Lauren Reyes currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at the YMCA of Greater Boston since May 2023. Prior to this role, Lauren held the position of Vice President of Operations at the Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA from September 2019 to April 2023. Additionally, Lauren was the District Executive Director at the Y of Central Maryland from March 2016 to September 2019. Lauren's extensive experience in the YMCA system also includes various roles at the YMCA of Greater Richmond, where responsibilities included Executive Director, Director of Branch Operations, Member Services Director, and Child Care Director from May 2006 to February 2016. Lauren earned a BA in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has further education from Florida State University.

Through their network of facilities and program sites, the YMCA provided health and wellness programming, child care, summer camp, youth sports, and teen leadership programs, as well as work-force development and community outreach.
