Rachel Firkser

Rachel Firkser, CPA, MBA, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at YMCA of Greater Brandywine since July 2019, having also held the roles of Vice President of Finance and Controller, as well as Controller within the organization. Prior to this, Rachel worked as Controller at Professional Plumbing Group, Inc. for a brief period in early 2019 and spent nearly eight years at Comcast, progressing through various managerial and senior accountant roles in Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis and Corporate Accounting. Rachel began their career as a Senior Accountant at Horty & Horty, P.A. from August 2008 to June 2011. Rachel holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Drexel University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Marketing from Widener University.
