Bill Powell

Bill Powell has been working in the YMCA system for over 30 years. Bill began their career as a Sports Director in Baton Rouge, then became an Executive Director in Louisville and Nashville. In 2004, they were recruited to be the Executive Director of the Central Florida YMCA, where they oversaw the Dr. P. Phillips Family YMCA. In 2008, they returned to Houston to become the Chief Innovation Officer for the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati. In this role, they are responsible for developing new programs and initiatives to help the YMCA better serve its communities.

Bill Powell earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Louisville.

Bill Powell reports to Jorge Perez, President & CEO:. They work with Steve Pohlman - Chief Financial Officer, Chris Francis - Chief Operating Officer, and James McIntyre - Chief Information Officer.
