Melissa Berling

Melissa Berling possesses extensive experience in human resources and yoga instruction. Currently serving as a Yoga Teacher and Silver Sneakers certified professional at the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati since January 2021, Melissa previously held various HR roles at the University of Cincinnati from 2007 to 2021, including Senior HR Consultant and Senior HR Recruiter. Notably, in the position of Director of Business Affairs at UC IT, Melissa managed a $31 million budget and oversaw a staff of seven in addition to handling HR functions for over 380 employees. Education was obtained at the University of Cincinnati.
