Erica Cederquist

Erica Cederquist serves as the Vice President of Property and Risk Management and the Association Director of Properties at the YMCA of Greater Grand Rapids since May 2022. Prior experience includes roles as an Interior Designer at West Michigan Office Interiors and Project Manager at Fidler Furniture Co., where responsibilities included project management and estimating for custom design projects. Additional experience includes designing and managing showroom spaces at Nucraft Furniture and facilitating facilities planning at BISSELL Homecare, Inc. During a five-year tenure at BISSELL, Erica advanced from Associate Manager of Facilities, Safety & Security to Facilities Planning Specialist. Instructional roles as an Adjunct Professor at Baker College in AutoCAD and SketchUp complement Erica's extensive design experience, which began with an internship at Lakeshore Office Furniture and includes various positions in customer service and sales. Erica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from Baker College and a certificate in Project Management from Davenport University.
