Hannah Chapman

Hannah Chapman is an experienced professional in child and youth programming currently serving as a YPHD Before & After School Programmer at the YMCA of Greater Halifax/Dartmouth and as a Child and Youth Care Worker at Chisholm Services for Children. Previous roles include Summer Camp Coordinator, Rock Climbing Instructor, and Play Leader with the Town of Oakville, as well as a McMaster University Student Tutor at TutorOcean.
