Valencia Williams

Valencia Williams, M.S. has extensive experience at the YMCA of Greater Hartford, starting in 2010. Valencia held various roles including Membership Supervisor, Membership Director, and Associate Executive Director. From 2017 onwards, they advanced to roles such as Interim Executive Director, Central Regional Membership Director, and Associate Executive Director. Most recently, they served as Vice President Operations and Executive Director.

Valencia Williams, M.S. earned their B.A. of Liberal Arts and Sciences in Sociology from the University of Connecticut in Storrs, CT from 2006 to 2011. Valencia then went on to obtain their Masters of Human Services in Organizational Leadership from Springfield College in 2014 to 2015.
