The Leadership Team at the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis is responsible for setting strategic direction, overseeing organizational operations, and ensuring the fulfillment of the YMCA’s mission to build community. Comprised of senior executives and influential leaders from various sectors, the team collaborates to enhance programs, secure funding, manage finances, advance equity, and promote the YMCA’s brand and outreach efforts.
