Laurie Goganzer

Laurie Goganzer currently serves as the President & CEO of the YMCA of Greater Monmouth County, a position held since September 2017. Prior to this role, Laurie held several leadership positions within the YMCA organization, including Regional Vice President at the YMCA of San Diego County from February 2015 to August 2017, and Senior Vice President at the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles from September 2003 to January 2015. Laurie's career in the YMCA sector began as Program Director at the Family YMCA at Tarrytown from November 1992 to April 1998, followed by the role of Associate Executive Director at Rye YMCA from April 1998 to August 2003. In terms of education, Laurie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education from The King's College and a Certificate in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame.
