Mike Wright

Mike Wright is a seasoned human resources executive and leader with extensive experience across diverse industries. Currently serving as Chairperson of the Board and Chief Volunteer Officer at the YMCA of Greater Monmouth County since July 2023, Mike provides governance leadership and drives fundraising efforts. As Executive Vice President and Head of Human Resources and Diversity Practice at Seiden Krieger Associates since May 2021, Mike specializes in executive search and recruitment across various human resources functions. Previously, Mike held significant roles including Independent Board Director at Mobiquity Technologies, Senior Vice President and Chief HR Officer at Covanta, and President of The Wright Group, Inc. Mike's career began at Kraft Foods, where foundational expertise in human resources was developed. Mike holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BS in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University.
