Katy Lampman is an experienced professional in sports administration and nonprofit management, currently serving as the Executive Director at the YMCA of Greater Richmond since September 2021. Prior to this role, Katy held the position of Director - Heart Walk at the American Heart Association from August 2019 to September 2021 and directed business development at Class A Grounds Management in 2018. Katy has a strong background in collegiate athletics, including serving as the Senior Woman Administrator and Head Softball Coach at Richard Bland College of William & Mary and as the Associate Head Women's Softball Coach at Radford University. Katy's earlier experience includes significant contributions at Tuckahoe Sports, Inc. as Executive Director and at Winthrop University as a Volunteer Assistant Coach. Katy earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from Winthrop University.
