Lisa Ramirez

Lisa Ramirez has over 25 years of leadership experience in the YMCA organization, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Community Impact at the YMCA of Greater Richmond since February 2017. Prior to this role, Lisa held various positions including VP of Operations at the same organization and VP of Strategic Partnerships/Program Innovation at the YMCA from February 2006 to February 2017. Additional experience includes serving as District VP at the Mt. Diablo Region YMCA and Executive Director at the YMCA of Metropolitan Denver. Lisa began their career at the YMCA of Austin as Community Development Director from 1989 to 1999. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The University of Texas at Austin from 1984 to 1988.
