Yolanda Pitchford

Yolanda Pitchford, MBA, currently serves as Chief Business Development Officer for the YMCA of Greater Richmond since October 2025. Previously held roles include Vice President of Membership and Analytics at the YMCA of San Diego County from August 2023 to October 2025, and Vice President at the YMCA of Greater Charlotte from August 2017 to August 2023. Yolanda’s extensive YMCA experience also includes serving as Executive Director at the Rowan-Cabarrus YMCA and District Executive Director at the YMCA of Central Florida, where significant achievements include managing multi-million dollar budgets and driving membership growth. Earlier career milestones include positions as Senior Membership Director at the YMCA of South Hampton Roads, Sales Account Executive at Dominion Enterprises and Trader Publishing Company, and Retail Business Manager at Campbell Soup Company. Yolanda earned a B.A. in Rhetoric and Communication Studies from the University of Richmond and an MBA from Strayer University.
