Andrea Kozel, M.B.A., serves as the Senior Manager of Process Engineering at Ricoh USA, Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing Enterprise Service Delivery and mentoring team members in process improvement and project management. With extensive experience in solutions design as a Senior Design Specialist, Andrea also teaches group exercise classes at the YMCA of Greater Rochester and the Louis S. Wolk JCC of Greater Rochester. Prior roles include senior management positions in business analysis and project management at NetCracker Technology Solutions and process management at Frontier Communications. Academic credentials encompass an MBA in Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business, an Advanced Certificate in Data Communications from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and a BA in Math Directed Towards Computer Science from Rutgers University.
