Dylan Gonda

Dylan Gonda has a diverse range of work experience, primarily in roles related to program management and outdoor education. In 2021, they began working as the Site Director of Outdoor Environmental Education at the YMCA of Greater Seattle. Prior to that, in 2020, they were the Programs Director at the MASON CITY FAMILY YMCA-YOUNG MEN'S CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION. Dylan also served as the Integrated Education Program Director at sherman lake YMCA in 2020. Before that, they gained experience as a Bike Mechanic at Downwind Sports in 2019. Additionally, they worked as an Assistant Teen Expedition Director at the YMCA of Greater Seattle in 2018 and as a Special Events Coordinator at Northern Michigan University from 2017 to 2018. Their earliest work experience was as a Camp Counselor & Unit Leader at sherman lake YMCA from 2012 to 2017.

Dylan Gonda attended Northern Michigan University from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Outdoor Recreation Leadership & Management.
