Melissa Steele

Melissa Steele has an extensive background in various roles within the YMCA organization, starting as Accounting Services Coordinator at Bellevue Family YMCA before moving to YMCA of Greater Seattle. Melissa has held positions such as Senior Staff Accountant, Associate Executive Director - Camping & Outdoor Leadership, Administrative Director - Overnight Camps, and Business Support Specialist. Melissa's responsibilities include supporting staff in system utilization, developing and maintaining trainings and procedures for systems, and coordinating accounting services. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Washington.
