Nicholas Arnold

Nicholas Arnold currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Designing Strength, an organization focused on helping clients overcome communication challenges and find purpose through customized programs. Nicholas also owns JBAC, LLC, and has held multiple roles with the City of SeaTac, including Recreation Teen Specialist, where responsibilities included managing Teen Center operations. At the YMCA of Greater Seattle, Nicholas significantly increased enrollment in children's and teen programs while serving as Assistant Program Supervisor and Assistant Director of Teens and Youth Sports. Previous experience includes a role as Learning & Development Teacher at Brock's Academy, where Nicholas supported student leadership development and customized curricula. Additionally, Nicholas worked as a HIPAA Compliance Supervisor at Medical Records Express, LLC, overseeing training and compliance for new staff. Education was obtained at Pensacola State College.
