Heather Rush is an experienced marketing professional with a robust background in brand management, art direction, and communications. Currently serving as the Marketing Director at the YMCA of Greater Springfield since August 2024, Heather has previously held significant roles, including Creative Director at Market Mentors, LLC, and Senior Marketing Communications Manager at Pioneer Valley Books. With expertise spanning over two decades in freelance graphic design, photography, and marketing consultation, Heather has developed and executed successful omnichannel marketing campaigns, established brand identities, and led teams in delivering effective communication strategies. Heather's collaborative approach is complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Elms College and a history of managing substantial marketing budgets and diverse projects across various industries, including political campaigns and publishing.
