Laura Barcena

Laura Barcena has extensive experience in graphic design and management, currently serving as the Manager of Graphic Design at YMCA of Greater Toronto since January 2009. In this role, Laura leads the creation of marketing collateral for print and web, collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality materials. Previously, Laura held positions as a Senior Graphic Designer and Communications Specialist, where responsibilities included supervising design teams, managing workflows, and creating diverse marketing materials. Prior to YMCA, Laura worked as a Design Manager at Editoposter and gained early experience as a Tennis Professional at Club Med. Laura holds a degree in Graphic Design from Universidad del Valle de México, earned in 1997.
