Sarah Earl

Sarah Earl has had an extensive career in program and strategy development within various organizations. With a background in Russian history and area studies, Sarah has held positions such as Director of Strategy at YMCA of Greater Toronto and Senior Program Specialist at International Development Research Centre. Their academic journey took their to the University of Toronto, St. Petersburg State University, Carleton University, and Moscow State Pedagogical University.
