Cathy O'Loughlin

Cathy O'Loughlin is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Association Director of Finance at the YMCA of Greater Waukesha County since November 2024, Cathy previously held positions such as Financial Controller at the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra and Director of Finance at Skylight Music Theatre, where responsibilities included analyzing financial data and ensuring proper accounting controls. Earlier experience includes serving as a Staff Accountant at Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin, Inc., and as an Accountant at Aiken & Scoptur, S.C., where diverse accounting duties were performed. Cathy O'Loughlin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Lubar College of Business.
