Lance Wilhelm

Lance Wilhelm is the current Director at YMCA of Honolulu. Lance has held various management positions at different companies throughout their career. These companies include Irongate, Kamehameha Schools, Kiewit Building Group, and Kiewit Infrastructure West Co. Lance has been in their current position at YMCA of Honolulu since November 2014.

Lance Wilhelm has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Lance began their career as a project sponsor at Kiewit Pacific Co. In this position, they were responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects. Lance then became the Senior Vice President for Hawaii Operations at Kiewit Infrastructure West Co. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all operations and activities in the Hawaii market.

In September 2013, Lance Wilhelm became the Managing Principal at Irongate. In this position, they were responsible for managing all of Irongate's assets and developments in Hawaii, including the new Ritz-Carlton Residences currently under construction. Lance was also responsible for overseeing all construction and entitlement activities, developing key partnerships and relationships in Waikiki and throughout Hawaii, pursuing and acquiring additional real estate assets, and developing new business in project finance and development consultancy.

Lance Wilhelm's educational career includes a BA in Communications from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a degree from Kamehameha.
