Leigh Ann Landreth

Leigh Ann Landreth is currently the Senior Executive Director of the Windward Branch at YMCA of Honolulu. Leigh has over 25 years of experience working in various leadership positions for the YMCA, including a previous role as the Senior Executive Director of the Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA.

In their current role, Leigh Ann is responsible for the executive management of the Windward Branch, which serves 11,000 members across 3 facilities. Leigh provides leadership to staff teams of 225+ employees in all program areas, and has led monthly professional development workshops with the Leadership Team. Leigh Ann has also been responsible for board development and engagement, and has established new branch volunteer committees for the areas of Youth Development, Healthy Living, Social Responsibility, and Stewardship.

Under Leigh Ann's leadership, the Windward Branch has seen great success. The branch's membership revenue has exceeded budget targets in the final fiscal cycle, and the full-time staff satisfaction survey showed an 80% Net Promoter score in year 1 - a vast improvement from the 18% NPS score of the prior year.

Leigh Ann Landreth graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Leigh went on to get certification from YMCA of the USA (National Resource Office) as a MultiBranch Team Leader, Rockhurst University in Creative Leadership and Customer Service, American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) as an ASHI Instructor Trainer - Professional Rescuer CPR, AED, First Aid, Emergency Oxygen Administration, YMCA in Aquatic Management and Pool Operation, and Lifeguard Instructor Trainer.
