The leadership team at YMCA of Ithaca & Tompkins County has a history of working in various industries and fields. They have experience as an intern for Senate Majority Leader Charles E. Schumer at United States Senate, a campus ambassador at Gift of Life Marrow Registry, a president at Alpha Iota Gamma at Cornell University, and a lifeguard student coordinator at Recreational Services at Cornell University. They also have experience in customer service, sales, administration, and marketing. In terms of education, the team has degrees from Cornell University, New Visions Career Academy Broome-Delaware-Tioga BOCES, and Tompkins Cortland Community College.
