Anthony Montalbano

Anthony Montalbano has extensive work experience in the YMCA industry. Anthony started their career at the YMCA of Greater New York in 1990, where they held various roles including Fitness & Membership Director and Director of Membership & Healthy Lifestyles. In 2006, they became the Operations Director and later served as the Executive Director in 2010.

In 2011, Montalbano joined the YMCA of Central and Northern Westchester as the Vice President and Executive Director. Anthony held this position until 2014 when they transitioned to the YMCA of Long Island. There, they initially served as the Senior Executive Director of Strategic Advancement before taking on the role of Vice President of Strategic Initiatives.
