Kelly Neadow

Kelly Neadow has a diverse background in program operations and environmental science, with over a decade of experience at the YMCA of Martha's Vineyard, serving in various leadership roles including Director of Program Operations and Senior Program Director of Youth & Staff Development. Prior to this, Kelly was an Environmental Scientist at Groundwater & Environmental Services, Inc., and worked as a Conservation Steward with The Nature Conservancy, where responsibilities included mapping rare species and maintaining conservation properties. Early career experiences also include a research internship at Harvard Forest focused on climate change indicators and camp program staff for the Girl Scouts Heart of the Hudson. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Vermont.
