Brooke Adams is an experienced fitness and wellness professional with a diverse background in health and fitness management. Currently serving as a Group Fitness Instructor at YMCA of Memphis & the Mid-South since August 2020, Brooke has previously held roles as Corporate Relations Coordinator and Wellness Director within the organization. From 2005 to 2013, Brooke worked with Universal Cheerleaders Association as an Instructor, effectively managing cheer camps and delivering classes of varying skill levels. Additional experience includes serving as Partner/Manager at Tri-Country Marine, where responsibilities included bookkeeping, inventory management, and sales, as well as a Marketing Intern position at uHAPS Media, focusing on promotional events and customer relations. Brooke holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Mississippi State University, obtained in 2010.
