Chris Tognazzi has a diversified work experience. Chris worked as a Health and Wellness Director at the YMCA of Metro North from September 2018. Prior to that, they held the position of Healthy Living Coordinator and Zumba Instructor at the same organization. Chris also worked as a Zumba Instructor at the Beverly Athletic Club from November 2015 to September 2019. Chris was a Zumba Instructor at the YMCA of the North Shore from February 2014 to July 2018. Chris has experience working with animals as well, having worked as a Weekend Manager at Gathering Farm from May 2010 to March 2017, and as a Summer Animal Caretaker at Essex Agricultural and Technical High School in 2007. Additionally, they worked as an Administrative Resident Assistant and Resident Assistant at Morrisville State College from August 2011 to April 2013 and from January 2009 to May 2011, respectively. Chris also served as a Computer Lab Proctor at the college from September 2008 to May 2010. Furthermore, they held a position as Stable Assistant/Greenhouse Worker/Maintenance Crew at Aquila Farm and Stables during the summer of 2008, as well as a Stable Assistant at Lazy K Farm from June 2007 to September 2007.
Chris Tognazzi completed an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in Equine Science and Management from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Morrisville in 2010. In 2012, Chris earned an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in Massage Therapy from the same institution. Later, in 2014, Chris obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Equine Science from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Morrisville. Chris has also obtained additional certifications, including being a Zumba Fitness Instructor from Zumba Fitness, LLC in 2013, being a Licensed Massage Therapist from New York State in 2012, obtaining Heartsaver First Aid, CPR, and AED certification from the American Red Cross in 2012, and being an ELITE Leader from SUNY Morrisville Student Government in 2009.
