Cory Hughes

Cory Hughes currently serves as the Executive Director at the YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta since March 2025. Prior to this role, Cory held various leadership positions at the YMCA of Central Ohio, including District Vice President of Operations, where responsibilities encompassed operational supervision of multiple districts and branch locations, and membership services. With a proven track record in regional operations and community engagement, Cory's past experience also includes multiple leadership roles at the YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee, focusing on youth programs, safety management, and member services. Earlier experience includes management roles at The Musicland Group Inc. / JCPenney, overseeing operations and customer service in diverse market settings. Cory holds educational credentials from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, John Wood Community College, and Payson-Seymour High School.
