Teri Edwards

Teri Edwards possesses extensive experience in human resources and operations management across various organizations. Currently serving in human resources at the YMCA of Metropolitan Chattanooga since August 2023, Teri previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Chattanooga Allergy Clinic from March to July 2023. Prior roles include Director of Operations at Karis, Inc. from December 2017 to January 2023, where oversight included facilities, risk management, and finance, as well as recruiting and employee wellness at Rocky Mountain Health Plans from October 2014 to December 2017. Additional leadership experience includes serving as Executive Director at The Christ Center from February 2011 to June 2014 and as a volunteer coordinator for Bahamas Habitat in 2009. Teri holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Administrative Recreation from Middle Tennessee State University.
