Pete Kadens is an accomplished entrepreneur and philanthropist with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board at Fello, Kadens is dedicated to empowering individuals through peer support. In addition to Fello, Kadens holds board positions with the John Howard Association of Illinois, National Louis University, YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago, and Bucknell University’s President's Advisory Council. As the Founder and Co-Chairman of HOPE Chicago and Founder of HOPE (Helping Our Population Educate), Kadens focuses on closing education and wealth gaps for urban communities. Commended as a 2019 Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute, Kadens also leads the Kadens Family Foundation, which works to empower at-risk populations. Kadens has a long-standing commitment to social change demonstrated through leadership roles, including Chairman Emeritus of StreetWise, Inc. and previously serving as Vice Chairman of the Board there. Educational credentials include a degree from Bucknell University and attendance at Ottawa Hills High School.
