Alexis Korsak

Alexis Korsak, Ed.D., currently serves as the Director of Operations and Director of Membership Engagement at the YMCA of Metuchen Edison Woodbridge and South Amboy, where responsibilities include developing and supervising high-quality programs such as After School Care and Summer Day Camp. Previously, Alexis worked as a Child Visitation Worker at the YMCA of Greater Monmouth County, supporting families referred by DCP&P. Prior experience includes serving as a Customer Service Representative II at TD, where sales goals were consistently exceeded, and as a licensed Health and Life Producer at Bankers Life and Casualty Company. Alexis has also held administrative roles in education, including Director of Athletics at the School District of the Chathams and Assistant Principal/Athletic Director at Roxbury High School. Alexis holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University, an EdM in Sports Administration from Temple University, and a BA in Health and Physical Education from Rowan University.
