Mauricio Ortega

Mauricio Ortega is currently serving as the External Vice President for SHPE since April 2024 and as a Membership Services Representative at the YMCA of Metuchen Edison Woodbridge and South Amboy from June 2022. Additionally, Mauricio held an internship in Supply Chain and Procurement at Bechtel Corporation from June 2024 to August 2024 and worked as a Landscaper for New Market Grounds Care and Construction from May 2023 to July 2023. Mauricio is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering at Rutgers University–New Brunswick, expected to graduate in May 2026.
