Charles Goodman

Charles Goodman has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Charles began their career at Service Clean in 1997, where they worked as a Senior Supervisor, managing multiple contracting crews and ensuring job completion to the highest standard. In 2010, they transitioned to Healthcare Management Systems, where they served as an Internal IT Support specialist for a year. Since 2013, Charles has been with the YMCA of Middle Tennessee, starting as an IT Support Technician before progressing to Network Administrator and ultimately being promoted to Director of IT Infrastructure Services in 2019. Charles'sresponsibilities at the YMCA included setting up and maintaining network infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with technical staff to resolve trouble tickets and end-user support problems.

Charles Goodman completed a 2-year program in Computer Networking at Nashville State Community College from 2006 to 2010. Charles also obtained an Associate degree in Computer Networking from the same institution from 2007 to 2009. In terms of certifications, Charles obtained the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA Routing and Switching) qualification from Cisco in December 2017. Charles also obtained several Microsoft certifications, including Microsoft Certified Professional (MCPS) and Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate for Windows Server® 2008 in 2012. In 2010, Charles achieved the Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) qualification as a Server Administrator on Windows Server® 2008. Furthermore, they obtained two Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certifications in 2009, one for Windows Server 2008 Active Directory, Configuration and another for Windows Server® 2008 Network Infrastructure, Configuration.
