The current leadership team at the YMCA of Middle Tennessee has a wide range of experience in various industries. The president and CEO, Seth D. Maxwell, has previous experience as the CEO and President at Greater Midland, the Executive Director at Elmhurst YMCA, and the Operations Director at Foglia YMCA. He has a degree in Organizational Communications and Business from North Central College. The Senior Vice President of People Services, Katie Majors, has a degree in Nonprofit Best Practices from Saginaw Valley State University and previous experience as the VP of HR at the YMCA of Middle Tennessee, the Area HR Manager at Lowe's Companies, Inc., and the Legal Assistant at James A. Freeman & Associates. The Vice President of Technology, CIO, Blake Harbertson, has a degree in Broadcasting and English from the University of Tennessee, a degree in Business Administration and Management from Cumberland University, and previous experience as the VP of IT at Arbor healthcare, the SVP Engineering & Technology at Cybera, the Program Director at Informa, and the Sr. VP Technology, CIO at Investment Scorecard, Inc.
