Chad Brennand is currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at YMCA of Northern Alberta since January 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Leasing and Business Development at CANDEREL GROUP starting from June 2021. In this role, Chad was responsible for overseeing all leasing and development projects in Alberta, identifying new business opportunities, and providing executive oversight on real estate initiatives. Before joining CANDEREL, they served as Executive Vice President at JLL from November 2013 to February 2021. Chad also held the position of Principal at DTZ, a UGL company, from May 1999 to October 2013.
Chad Brennand earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm.) degree from the Alberta School of Business, University of Alberta, between 1996 and 2000. In 2000, they also obtained certification from the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA). In 2010, Chad obtained the CCIM certification from the Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM) institution.
