Ken Glover

Ken Glover, RPR has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ken started their career as an Executive Director at the Resource Industry Suppliers Association, where they managed strategic objectives and facilitated new business opportunities. Ken then worked as a Senior Talent Recruitment Consultant at David Aplin Group, specializing in permanent talent recruitment in the engineering and technical fields. Ken also served as a Human Resources Manager at Dene Sky Site Services Ltd., where they handled HR management and project support responsibilities. Additionally, they held positions on the boards of various organizations such as the Strathcona County Library and Robin Hood Association, where they contributed to governance and community development. Currently, they serve as the President of HumanEdge Global, focusing on executive-level talent search and people services. Ken is also actively involved in several community organizations, including ACG Edmonton, YMCA of Northern Alberta, and The Saffron Centre.

Ken Glover, RPR holds a B.Sc. degree in Science with a focus on Forestry and Environmental Sciences from the University of Alberta. Ken has additional certifications, including Governance for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises from the Alberta School of Business, University of Alberta obtained in 2020, and the Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) designation from the Institute of Professional Management-IPM obtained in 2014. Ken also holds the Registered Professional Forester (Non-Practicing) certification from the Association of Alberta Forest Management Professionals obtained in 1992. Additionally, they have certifications in CPR-C with AED from St. John's Ambulance obtained in February 2020, and CSTS-09 and e-GSO from the Alberta Construction Safety Association and ENFORM, respectively.
