Ramanjit V, RPR is an experienced Talent Acquisition and Engagement Specialist/Coordinator currently leading the development and implementation of staff and volunteer talent acquisition strategies at the YMCA of Oakville since July 2018. Previous roles include managing volunteer engagement and community outreach at Volunteer MBC, overseeing HR and training functions at Artemis Hospitals, and enhancing quality and customer experience through various HR and training positions at DR. OM PARKASH EYE INSTITUTE PRIV LIMITED, HFCL, and Kochar Infotech. Ramanjit holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Guru Nanak Dev University and has furthered expertise with an Executive Program in Human Resources Management from the Indian Institute of Management, a Diploma in Training and Development, and a People Analytics Certificate from York University, with ongoing studies at the University of Toronto.
