Erfaan Rezaienia

Child Care Director at YMCA of Orange County

Erfaan Rezaienia began their work experience as a Title 22 child development teacher at the YMCA of Orange County, where they assisted and reported to the program director in promoting quality recreational services for teens and children. Erfaan was later promoted to site lead, where they provided caregiving services, promoted curriculum, and supervised children in a before and after school care setting. At the YMCA, they also led activities, engaged students in program curriculum, and coached in physical activities.

Erfaan then worked as a program leader at THINK Together for a few months in 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a private tutor at Care.com from 2012 to 2015. At Care.com, their role was to provide private tutoring services.

In 2015, Erfaan worked briefly as a salesperson at Advanced Comfort Solutions, Inc., where they provided customers with the opportunity to purchase environmentally-friendly whole house fans.

In 2011, they worked as a food runner at Kimera Restaurant & Lounge, where they served food and beverages to customers, rearranged tables, and polished silverware. Erfaan also worked in banquet parties.

In 2010, Erfaan worked as an office assistant at St. Joseph Hospital, where they were responsible for filing and data entry of patient's lab information in a doctor's office.

Erfaan Rezaienia has a diverse education history. Erfaan first attended Woodbridge High School from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained their diploma. Following this, they pursued higher education at Irvine Valley College from 2010 to 2013, earning an Associate's degree in Behavioral Sciences. Continuing their studies, Erfaan enrolled at California State University, Fullerton, from 2013 to 2016, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. In 2019, they attended California State University, Los Angeles for an Extended Education program focused on Child Development. The same year, Erfaan also enrolled in San Diego State University's Graduate Program in Early Childhood Transdisciplinary Education & Mental Health, which they completed in 2020.
