Ellen Wallace

Ellen Wallace is a seasoned communications and marketing professional with extensive experience in various roles. At the YMCA of Owen Sound Grey Bruce since June 2017, Ellen has served as a Communications & Fund Development Specialist and Communications Lead, crafting strategic communication plans, creating engaging content, managing the organization’s website and social media channels, and planning events. Prior to this, Ellen worked as a Marketing & Shows Coordinator at Grand River Shows within Metroland Media Group, handling marketing across multiple channels and overseeing event logistics. Earlier experience includes positions at Carswell Media, where Ellen served as a Marketing Assistant and later as a Marketing Associate, managing event logistics and aiding in marketing initiatives for professional development and awards. Ellen's education is from Mohawk College, with studies completed in 2008-2011.
